Schedule An Appointment

Before You Schedule or Change Your Appointment, Please Consider:

Need a Refill?

We recommend that you move your labs and follow up to a sooner date/time, so that you don’t run out of medication! We do not prescribe refills without reviewing your lab results first — this ensures we are prescribing a dosage that is safe and appropriate for you!

Appointment Reason

When booking a new appointment, please be as specific as possible in the appointment reason. Your notes help ensure we get you the correct appointment.

Blood Draws

We schedule all blood draws in the morning between 7:15AM and 10AM. Our blood draws are always fasting labs (unless your doctor gave you different instructions). Please avoid eating food or drinking caffienated drinks prior to your blood draw. Water is fine to drink.

IM Injections

If you are scheduling an appointment for your testosterone injection, please book this on Jody’s schedule. Make sure that you have your medication/refills at our office, or plan to bring it in with you.
