I came to Ethos Integrative Medicine due to an ankle injury sustained in soccer, that seemingly was not getting any better. I had considered going to physical therapy, but the recommendations I received from Matthew Hernandez were clear and honest.
While PT may have helped in the short run, they were able to diagnose a better plan to stop my recurring ankle issues. After a few visits and a few injections my ankle is now stronger than it has been and was prior to my injury.
The consistent follow up and check ins following my injections to see how everything was progressing is another testament to their dedication to their practice and their patients.
