You can download your Function Health results as a PDF and securely upload them so that your Ethos Physician can access them before your visit.
To download your Function Health labs, sign in to the Function Health web dashboard and open the documents page at my.functionhealth.com/documents (or navigate to your latest results in the app).
Use the download button to save a PDF report of your lab work.
Save the PDF to your phone, cloud drive, or computer.
Upload your files using our secure patient portal (preferred) or secure Google Drive
If you use the patient portal, make sure to upload and share the documents; you can select any Ethos team member, and we will make sure your physician gets them
If you prefer to use a secure Google Drive, log in to your Google account and upload the documents
Once uploaded, our system will notify our team, and we will make sure your physician gets them
