I believe that health is attainable for everyone, even real people with real lives.
I grew up in a family of six where both of my parents worked full time. I have three sisters, and remember many nights when my parents would rush in after a long day of work to take us all to dance class (which of course was always at different times of night). A busy household was our way of life, and I wouldn’t have traded it for the world. My family was, and continues to be very close. We cherish and enjoy one another’s company, and realize that things get busy (and that’s ok!).
I know that today’s busy lifestyle does not always make being healthy easy.
People have a unique struggle of balancing work and family life, and that can leave very little time for you. But you shouldn’t have to leave anything behind, including your health.
My passion is health, and my mission is to provide my patients with medical options that get results and fit with their busy lifestyle.
That passion eventually led me to Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I received extensive medical training and obtained my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Throughout my degree I learned the art of combining traditional diagnostics and treatment with a more natural approach, allowing me to truly be able to meet every patient where they are at in their individual health journey.
Today, I work with patients to help them obtain health and balance in their busy lives. I want everyone to leave the office feeling vibrant and ready to take on the world.

Growing up, I was that annoying kid that always asked “Why?”
I would constantly bug my parents or teachers by asking why one thing resulted in another, how some gadget worked, or what the purpose of something is. Of course, if I wanted to delve further, I would simply go take the gadget apart to see if I could understand how it worked or perform an “experiment” of my own to get the answer.
It was this natural curiosity that led me to pursue a degree in Biochemistry with the hope of one day becoming a pharmacist. At the time, I was interested in how medications affected the body and how they are used to help patients. To me, studying pharmacy allowed me to explore a big never ending puzzle.
My passion for the medical sciences compelled me to ask friends and family health-related questions like, what were their medications for, or with what disease they were diagnosed. However, this time, my curiosity could not be quelled. I would typically receive an answer of “I don’t know, my doctor just told me to take it” or “I think it was pronounced rheuma-something.”
Through my conversations, I found that the majority of people wanted to not only be educated on what they were taking and what disease they had but also if there were other treatment options available to them.
These conversations and my passion for medicine led me to obtain my doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. My training has taught me how to combine conventional diagnostics and treatment with a more natural approach allowing me to provide patients with a treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs and lifestyle.
Today, I work with families and individuals to educate them on and provide various healthcare options that deliver results.
I achieve this by creating a partnership with my patients and encouraging them to be proactive about their own health. A visit to my office involves conversation, laughter, and sometimes tears but always support and encouragement. I look forward to helping you discover your health potential.
